Do all the washes have to be on one car?

No, we offer household washes! So you can split up your washes among friends and family!

What if my car is dirtier than normal?

That's not a problem. Simply let us know in advance to assure we have the right tools for the job, and we can upgrade your package for that specific detail to assure a complete clean!

What if I need to reschedule my detail?

That is not a problem, as long as you give us at least 24 hours' notice due to the tight schedule our detailers are running on.

How many people can I refer?

Unlimited people! Here at Detail Dynasty, of course, there is no limit to the amount of referrals you can bring in! Do you guys offer additional vehicle services besides standard details?

Yes, please get in contact with us and ask how else we can help you. If time permits, we would be happy to help with anything else needed on the vehicle, whether that be any of our additional add-ons for car cleanliness, vehicle maintenance, and more!

Can I change my tier at any time?

Definitely! At any point, you can change your tier level to best match your vehicle needs.

What if I don't need a detail that month?

If you're on a multiple-detail package, let us know in advance if you won't be able to fulfill multiple details that month. We will happily see if we can move some things around to get your detail at a time that works for you, or you can give one of your details away that month to a friend, family member, or neighbor to assure that detail does not get wasted!

What if the weather is bad on my scheduled appointment?

Although we can't control the weather, we can help prevent its damage. If you are aware of the potential poor weather before your wash, you'll have around 12-24 hours to reschedule for that detail. If you don't make it in time to reschedule, that's fine; we can still come out and wash your car rain or shine! We use a tarp system to assure your car stays dry through the detail, and then we will provide an additional rain protection coat to help avoid water spots after we're done! Lastly, if your vehicle is not garaged, and you would not care for the detail due to the rain, you can always give that detail for the month to a friend, family member, or neighbor to assure that detail does not get wasted.

How long will each detail take?

On a general scale, it will be 45 minutes to 3 hours, but that completely depends on your vehicle's requirements, size, and current cleanliness level. We can always give a quote to assure that you know how much time you'll need to be putting away to keep a clean car.

Can I pay in full?

Yes, and not only can you pay in full, but you can also get a discount doing it! Feel free to ask us about our pay-in-full offer and see how you can get the best deal!
